Of course it's impossible for the veterans of Easy Company to advise young military how to behave or act in a 'now a days' war. There is a huge difference between a 'new' war and WWII. Earl McLung had an advice for all wars I suppose. "Everyone who has experienced a war should look for the best help afterwards to avoid psychological problems afterwards."
